Job Requirement

  • To gather information and process the credit applications from vendors.
  • Provide credit reference to potential vendors as requested by account managers.
  • Renewal/complete tax exemption applications form with the new/existing vendors.
  • Vendors accounts maintenance (setting up new accounts/update general vendor/invoice processing/dispute contact/payment contact information files according to information from amended agreements/correspondences).
  • Verify purchase invoices, match invoices and to process post purchase to accounting system.
  • To coordinate, manage and to solve the Accounts Payable disputes.
  • To handle settlement.
  • To do reconciliation of the settlement for reciprocal accounts and to process payment if required.
  • To ensure that the payment processing for purchase invoices and approvals are adhered to before the payment is being released to the vendors.
  • To ensure that process flow and approvals for the expense claims and petty cash claims are adhered to before releasing the payments out.
  • To manage and prepare the cash advances.
  • To verify debit notes and update the records accordingly.
